I have what I believe to be a Voigtlander Vitessa N camera (barn-door). Not sure wheter the coupled sub-type or not. Not sure whether in working condition. Has a not-too-good-condition leather case also.
 
What is the best way I could get this thing

That's an 'L', not an 'N', and ebay is a handy way to get a reasonable price.
