i have a canon sure shot 70 camera for 4 years. recently i'm facing a problem while loading the film. it dose not take the film & lcd shows film readout 0 & flashing film icon even when i load a new film. any help is highly appreciated.

 I have had a Canon Sure Shot 70zoom for 8 years. The film will not advance, it makes no sound but everything else works well. Rewind, zoom, timer all work fine.

 Quite honestly this camera is worth less than the cost of the repair. The market place is full of replacements at very advantageous prices. If you want a direct replacement, look on eBay. You could have picked up a couple of good ones for $0.99 plus S&
