Olympus trip 35 iris stuck on f 22

I recently bought a cheap Olympus trip 35 on ebay
only to find the iris is stuck on f22.Any suggestions welcomed?

Mine is on f22 until I press the shutter release and then opens to the metered f stop if the diaphragm is set to A or to the selected f stop if I am using flash. It returns to f 22 as soon as I take my finger off the shutter release. I think this is norma

I ALSO recently bought a cheap Olympus trip 35 on ebay only to find the iris is stuck on f22.  
 
Any suggestions welcomed, as Charlie's comment is not applicable (thanks anyway)

I fixed my trip quite easily with a couple of small screwdrivers.Just work your way in from the
outer ring and clean the iris with lighter fluid.
Once you get started it is self-explanatory and
