Wrinkle black paint touchup

Anyone know how to do touchup on wrinkle black paint? I just bought a Pho Tak Time Traveller that has some chips. Can this be touched up or would a complete strip and repaint be more advisable?

I've been looking for wrinkle paint, but can't find any locally.  Would love to redo some of my oldies with it.

Some Military Vehicle part shops might have a spray can of the stuff. Jeep restorers need it for the voltage regulator.
 
I've been looking for green crinkle paint to touch up a WW2 radio, but there's only one seller in the US and he won't sh

Br1078lum: pretty much any auto parts store that sells paint should have it (Advance Auto, for example, sells it as VHT Wrinkle Plus). Motorcycle shops sometimes sell it too, since it is used on some Harley parts. If all else fails, you can buy it

Well, I guess no one has, so I'll be stripping it and repainting then.

We used to just mask off the area we were going to touch up, and apply the new paint only to that area.  You could also spray a bit into a plastic cup, and then use a small brush to apply it to the bare spots.
