Cleaning metal parts in Argus C3?

Hello again!
 
 Any advice on cleaning and bringing back the dull metal parts in this working Argus C3?  Lens, knobs, dials etc.

I have not been able to polish off tarnish like that but I found a website showing the Mercury camera, which is always found in tarnished condition, but this guy must have found a way to polish off the tarnish because his Mercury cameras are brilliant

I polish mine with a Dremel and Simichrome metal polish, bought from amazon. Having tryed 4 or 5 I found it works best for me. Some I do almost look like chrome and others just never polish out nice. Its slow work as the part gets hot, I usually lay o

If it isn't too bad, there is a marine aluminum brightener called Alumabrite that might work. Keep it well away from the glass. Alumabrite is part hydrochloric acid and part sulphuric acid and you mix it with water.
