Currently I am repairing a Minolta XE-5, the economic version of the XE, XE-1 and XE-7.

While collimating its 55mm 1:1,7 Rokkor MC Lens I observed that it is focusing past infinity, so sitting too deep. Exact Infinity focus at about 20 meters (65 feet) on the lens distance scale.
To exclude the lens I also collimated on a 45mm 1:2 Rokkor MD Lens and got about the same result, lens sitting too deep with about same amount.

So my question is if you also experienced this when collimating at infinity with one of the cameras mentioned ?

Just trying to find out if this is a factory "normal" or that I am missing some shims in the mount.
