 There is a small lens which forms part of the pentaprism focus chain.  This is the first lens your eye would see.  It sits between your eye and the pentaprism, usually part of a black plastic housing or at least held in place by this plastic housing.

 for what i am seeing Minolta isn;t a good camera is it ??

 Some are, some aren't.  Very similar to every other marque that has several models over several years.  One reason you see so many Minolta questions here is that there were so many sold.
