Pentax zx-m shutter curtain stuck and misaligned

the shutter curtain appears to be misaligned and does not open. is there anything i can try to repair this myself. already have lower cover off

If the shutter curtain is not even, it's probably detached on one of the drums. This unfortunatly requires a complete strip down. Don

ok. thanks for the help. i'll probably just take it to a repair shop. don't think i want to tear it clear apart.
