Thank you for the link although it doesn't appear the 'contents' page is complete. Looks like the contents page is for the middle of the manual. Downloaded images are too small to work with. Online the images are quite large requiring 'some' tim

OK, here's a link to a PDF, but the contents page is the same as the first link...not sure what you thought was wrong with it...and this one will take a couple minutes to load as well...

Thank you for the new link. The first one appeared that the contents page was only for the middle of the manual - pages 20 to 50 - for example. I could only view one page at a time making a search for my needs a bit tedious.
