The eyepiece lens of the rangefinder view port is what I am looking for.
 
Leica part# 42 216-477 viewfinder eye lens (positive) Okularlinse
 
So far I have not been able to obtain just that part.
 
Don't really want to buy a parts camera

I cannot get this part from any Leica dealers or servicing dept.  
 
This eye lens is used on the Leica IIF, IIIC, and IIIF.
 
 
I have parts from a Yashica 635, Minolta Autocord, and a

Email him, he often surprises me.  In fact I will be emailing him soon for some tiny springs for my M3 uber-challenge (dropped in ocean, then set on a shelf for 10 years).

Yup, tried them ... and almost everyone else in North America. In desperation I even emailed Leica Germany.
