I recently picked up an old camera off of craigslist. The previous owner had no information about it, but I was intrigued by the pictures, so I bought it. The camera has no logos or identification. On the front it has the words Superior Flash and made

Your camera looks identical to my Jem Jr. 120 except for the details of the design on the front plate.  Mine doesn't have the flash synch connectors, but I believe later models did.  The Jem is basically a tin box that sold originally for a dollar,
