Canon AE-1 Leather

I have a Canon AE-1 that I would like to replace the leather on. I only have done it one time with my Yashica FX-3 that was very simple to do, but the Canon looks a bit harder. Looks like the film tab holder is over the rear door leather. Can anyone enl

Remove it and sling it, who needs the useless thing anyway. Tape over the resulting holes with adhesive aluminium tape and the recover with the replacement leather or vinyl.

Obviously you have no experience of A Series cameras or the film packaging used in the 1980's. Do you have a genuine use for this site, apart from posting spurious junk links?

Well, he also makes kits for a lot of Yashicas.
