Zeiss Ikon Contaflex I question

I have 2 Contaflex I's. One has a black coloured shutter speed ring, the other is copper coloured. Does anyone know why there is a difference? I'm hoping one is a very rare, limited, commemorative edition (but I'm not holding my breath).

You could try asking somebody in the ZICG (Zeiss & Zeiss Ikon camera enthusiasts group).

I have included a photo of the Contaflex. Note the copper coloured shutter speed scale. In my research, I have only come across photos with the black scale.

I had one that was half way between black and like yours looks.  Attribute it to bad annodization of the metal.
