Hard-back, hand bound, specially designed bonded & laminated cover,
with printed dust jacket. A4 x 170 pages, laser printed in monochrome
on high quality 100gsm lustre finished paper. Approx., two hundred photographs,
illustrations, charts and drawings, the majority at 1200dpi resolution.

[First 40 copies constitute a special limited edition, numbered, dedicated
and signed by the author. Most of these are already allocated. Unallocated
